Cineline India reported its highest-ever Q1 with revenue of Rs. 60.02 crore, up 28% YoY. Net box office collections grew 32% to Rs. 36.15 crore, F&B revenue rose 29% to Rs. 18.56 crore, and admits grew 29% to 18 lakh. EBITDA jumped 106% to Rs. 6.05 crore with margins expanding 380 bps to 10.1%. PAT stood at Rs. 34 lakh. The company operates 85 screens across 22 cinemas in 15 cities and has a committed pipeline of 35 screens under fit-outs, targeting 20-25 openings in FY27 and reaching 105-110 screens (about 4x growth). Expansion planned in South India. Rajeev Sharma appointed as Joint CEO.
