Cipla held its 90th AGM. FY26 saw highest-ever revenue of ₹28,163 cr with 21% EBITDA margin and 13.8% PAT margin. India business crossed ₹12,500 cr (+9% YoY), North America at $780M, One Africa at $483M (+7%), and Emerging markets crossed $400M. Cash position rose from about ₹5,000 cr to ₹11,000 cr. R&D spend was 7% of revenue (around ₹1,974 cr), with 285 ANDAs filed and 181 approved. Final dividend of ₹30 per share recommended. BSR & Co appointed new statutory auditor. Pipeline includes respiratory, peptides, oligonucleotides, biosimilars, CAR-T, mRNA and stem-cell therapies.
Record revenue and doubling of cash reserves show financial strength, though margin compression acknowledged. Dividend of ₹30 per share rewards shareholders.
