Cipla reported Q4 FY26 revenue of INR 6,541 crores with full-year revenue of INR 28,163 crores, crossing the INR 12,500 crore threshold for India business. One India grew 15% YoY in Q4 (9% full year) driven by strong performance in Branded Prescription, Trade Generics and Consumer Health. Foracort brand surpassed INR 1,000 crores while Dytor reached INR 650 crores. North America generated USD 780 million annually with generic Ventolin approval from U.S. facility marking a key milestone. EMEU crossed USD 400 million revenue. EBITDA margins for FY26 came in at 21% with strong free cash flow and net cash position of INR 10,526 crores. R&D spend stood at 7% of revenue with 40-50 products planned for filing over 3 years.
Cipla's strong execution across geographies and robust pipeline (40-50 filings, 12 first-to-files, 8 B2 opportunities) positions it well for growth. FY27 EBITDA margin guidance of 18.5%-20% with sequential improvement in H2, and $1 billion U.S. run rate target by year-end indicate positive momentum though near-term margin pressure from geopolitical factors expected.
