Cipla's Board, on May 13, 2025, approved the appointment of BNP & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2030, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. It also appointed Joshi Apte & Associates as the Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. Additionally, the Board recommended B S R & Co.
