Cipla Ltd reported Q4 FY26 standalone total income of Rs 357.47 crore, up 18.4% from Rs 301.90 crore in Q4 FY25. Net profit after tax for Q4 FY26 stood at Rs 38.20 crore, a strong 46.5% increase from Rs 26.08 crore in the same quarter last year. However, for the full year FY26, standalone net profit after tax declined to Rs 74.10 crore from Rs 92.38 crore in FY25, a drop of about 19.8%. Total income for FY26 standalone was Rs 1,260.18 crore versus Rs 1,180.42 crore in FY25. On a consolidated basis, FY26 total income was Rs 1,284.37 crore with net profit after tax of Rs 75.83 crore. Basic EPS for FY26 standalone was Rs 9.77 compared to Rs 12.18 in FY25. The Board approved these results at its meeting on May 12, 2026, and the auditors issued an unmodified report.
While Q4 FY26 showed strong recovery with nearly 47% profit growth, the full year FY26 profit declined about 20% versus FY25, which may concern investors focused on annual performance. Revenue growth remained modest at around 7% standalone.
