Citius TransNet first Annual Meeting notice and Annual Report for FY26

Citius TransNet Investment Trust has sent notice of its first Annual Meeting scheduled for July 27, 2026 at 10:30 AM via video conferencing, along with its first Annual Report for FY ending March 31, 2026. The trust listed on BSE and NSE on April 29, 2026 after an IPO of about Rs 11.05 bn and holds 10 toll and annuity highway assets spanning 3,406 lane-km across 9 states. FY26 portfolio traffic grew 5.4% and the trust has provisional AAA or Stable ratings from Crisil and IndiaRatings.
