Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR) - Change in Directorate

City Crops Agro Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ish Sadana (DIN: 07141836) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective 4th February 2026. Mr. Sadana is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University, a qualified Company Secretary, and holds an LLB from Meerut University, with over 14 years of experience in corporate law and governance. He has also qualified the Independent Director Examination for lifetime eligibility and has served as an Independent Director on other listed companies. Following his appointment, the company's Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee were reconstituted, with Ms. Bhavna Shah chairing both committees and Mr. Sadana joining as a member. Mr. Sadana is not related to any existing director on the board.
