Promoter group member Asha Ashok Boob received 86,19,490 equity shares (8.11% of total share capital) of Clean Science and Technology Ltd via an off-market gift transaction on 26 November 2025. The shares were transferred by two other promoter group members — Parth Ashok Maheshwari (28,09,745 shares) and Nidhi Mohunta (58,09,745 shares). Asha Boob's stake rose sharply from 1.49% to 9.60%, while Parth's stake dropped from 2.14% to 0.09% and Nidhi's from 5.56% to 0.09%. No consideration was paid as it was a gift transaction.
