CLN Energy appoints Mr. Sanni Kumar as Whole-time Director

CLN Energy's Board has appointed Mr. Sanni Kumar as Additional Director designated as Whole-time Director effective July 1, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and brings over 7 years of experience in lithium-ion battery development, R&D, and quality management, including projects in mobility, energy storage, telecom, EVs, and India's largest 150kWh tipper battery system. He is not related to any existing Director. His appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting.
