CLN Energy board has appointed Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar as Additional Executive Director effective July 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting. Bhatnagar is a Delhi-based entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in textiles, fashion, and defense manufacturing. He co-founded the Shamken Group, led Shamken Cotsyn Ltd to a stock exchange listing, and later set up defense fabric firm Ameks Techfab and luxury fashion venture Elitista Haute Couture. He is not related to any current director.
