CLN Energy has filed newspaper clippings of a Postal Ballot notice. Members will vote via e-voting on two items: (1) increasing the authorised share capital of the company with a corresponding amendment to the Memorandum of Association, and (2) preferential issue and allotment of up to 2,50,000 equity shares to an entity belonging to the Promoter category. E-voting runs from June 24, 2026 (9:00 AM IST) to July 23, 2026 (5:00 PM IST), with the cut-off date of June 19, 2026. Results will be announced by July 27, 2026. Voting is being conducted electronically through NSDL.
Shareholders should vote on the capital hike and the proposed allotment of 2.5 lakh equity shares to a promoter group entity, which may lead to promoter shareholding increase and minor dilution for others.
