Closure of Trading Window

Leel Electricals Limited has informed the stock exchanges that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed for insiders from 1 April 2026 until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting that will approve the audited financial results for the financial year ending 31 March 2026. The closure is being done as required under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's own insider trading code. The date of the board meeting to approve the FY26 results will be communicated later. The company also noted that trading in its shares is already suspended on the exchanges because of a corporate action.
This is a routine compliance measure ahead of the FY26 annual results and does not signal any event by itself, but it does mean insiders cannot trade in the stock during this period. Investors should note that shares are already not trading due to an ongoing corporate action, so the window closure is largely procedural.
