Alka Securities Ltd has informed the BSE that its trading window will be closed starting 1st July 2025 in line with SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations. The window closure is in place because the Board of Directors will be considering the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30th June 2025. During this period, employees, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares or securities.
