South Asian Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that its trading window will remain closed from January 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the public announcement of its quarterly financial results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The closure is being implemented in line with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This restriction applies only to designated persons such as directors, KMPs, employees and other connected persons, and does not affect general investors who can continue trading as usual. The date of the board meeting to approve the results will be communicated separately in due course.
