CMS Info Systems has allotted 3,65,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 to eligible employees who exercised their vested ESOP rights. The allotment includes 65,000 shares under the ESOP 2016 plan and 3,00,000 shares under the ESOP 2023 plan, approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on June 19, 2026. After this allotment and a recent buyback of about 49.39 lakh shares, the paid-up equity share capital rose to around Rs 160.06 crore, comprising 16,00,63,415 shares. The new shares will rank equally with existing equity shares.
