Colab Platforms Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, 13th February 2026 at the registered office in New Delhi. The agenda includes approval of Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025, along with the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors. Any other business matters may also be taken up with the Chairman's permission.
