Comfort Intech's board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with statutory auditor A.R. Sodha & Co. issuing an unmodified opinion. Standalone total income came in at Rs. 17,971.45 lakhs versus Rs. 18,651.00 lakhs last year (about a 3.7% decline), while standalone profit after tax rose to Rs. 790.19 lakhs from Rs. 717.62 lakhs (around 10% growth) and EPS stood at Rs. 0.25 vs Rs. 0.22. Consolidated PAT after associate adjustments fell sharply to Rs. 1,150.68 lakhs from Rs. 1,708.39 lakhs due to lower share of associate profits. The board recommended a small final dividend of Rs. 0.07 (7 paise) per share, appointed AHSP & Co. LLP as Internal Auditor for FY26 and Mitesh J. Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, and accepted the resignation of Company Secretary Rachana Hingar, replacing her with Omkar M. Mistry.
Results are mixed for shareholders: top line slipped modestly while standalone bottom line grew, but consolidated profits declined because of weaker associate contributions. The token 7 paise dividend suggests limited cash returns, though a clean audit opinion and reduction in borrowings (current borrowings fell from Rs. 2,298 lakhs to Rs. 796 lakhs standalone) are positives. Stock price reaction is likely to be muted given the small scale of operations and modest dividend.
