Command Polymers' Board approved its H1 FY26 results on 11 November 2025. Revenue from operations collapsed to Rs 212.19 lakhs from Rs 915.09 lakhs in H1 FY25, a steep ~77% year-on-year decline. Cost of materials consumed alone was Rs 645.54 lakhs, far exceeding sales, dragging the company to a pre-tax and post-tax loss of Rs 331.67 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 15.42 lakhs last year. Basic EPS turned negative at Rs (3.54) versus Rs 0.16. Reserves halved to Rs 296.91 lakhs, short-term borrowings rose to Rs 1,151.08 lakhs, and operating cash flow was negative Rs 554.72 lakhs. The statutory auditor (SRV & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report.
Sharp sales drop combined with costs outstripping revenue has pushed the small-cap into a sizeable loss, wiped out half its reserves, and increased reliance on short-term borrowings — likely negative for the stock and signalling execution/going-concern stress going forward.
