Commercial Syn Bags reported strong annual results with standalone revenue growing 12.4% to Rs 38,398 Lakhs from Rs 34,161 Lakhs in FY25. Profit After Tax nearly doubled to Rs 2,696 Lakhs from Rs 1,390 Lakhs, representing 94% PAT growth. Basic EPS improved significantly to Rs 6.75 from Rs 3.48. Operating cash flow more than quadrupled to Rs 3,249 Lakhs from Rs 804 Lakhs. However, trade receivables jumped 51% to Rs 6,509 Lakhs, and loans given surged nearly 4x to Rs 3,761 Lakhs. Current borrowings also increased 24% to Rs 9,076 Lakhs. The company is expanding SEZ and Techtex units with capital work-in-progress at Rs 905 Lakhs. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications.
The company delivered exceptional profit growth and strong cash generation, which could be positive for the stock. However, the significant increase in receivables and loans requires monitoring as it may indicate aggressive revenue recognition or related party transactions that need scrutiny.
