Company confirms it does not qualify as Large Corporate under SEBI criteria

ND Metal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that it does not meet the thresholds to be classified as a 'Large Corporate' under SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018. As a result, the company is exempt from submitting the initial and annual disclosures that large corporates are required to file. The undertaking was signed by Managing Director Ajay Kumar Garg on April 9, 2026.
