Company declares non-applicability of Large Corporate disclosure norms

Ashoka Refineries Ltd has informed BSE that it does not qualify as a 'Large Corporate' under SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018. As a result, the company is not required to file the Initial Disclosure in the prescribed Annexure-A format.
