Company Secretary Prakash Chhajer resigns effective 27 April 2026

Mr. Prakash Chhajer, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of ARSS Infrastructure Projects, has resigned citing pre-occupation and to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organisation. His resignation letter is dated 7 March 2026, with the effective date being close of business on 27 April 2026. The Board has accepted the resignation through a circulation resolution. The company stated no other material reasons were given and is currently in the process of identifying and hiring a suitable replacement.
