The 40th AGM will be held on 27th September 2025 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means. The Company has fixed Friday, 19th September 2025 as the Record Date / Cut-off Date for determining members eligible to vote, attend the AGM, and receive the final dividend for FY ended 31st March 2025, subject to member approval.
Investors must hold shares by 19th September 2025 (Record Date) to be eligible to vote at the AGM and to receive the proposed final dividend, if approved. Trading in shares will not be possible during the book closure period from 20th to 27th September 2025.
