Compliance Certificate Under SEBI Regulation 74(5) for Q1 FY27

Starlite Components has submitted a compliance certificate from its registrar MUFG Intime India for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The certificate confirms that securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed and confirmed or rejected, and the dematerialised shares have been listed on the stock exchanges. Share certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification, and depository names were substituted in the register of members within the prescribed timelines.
