Compliance Officer and Company Secretary resigns from Citius TransNet

Mr. Pravin Karambelkar, who served as Compliance Officer of Citius TransNet Investment Trust and Company Secretary of its Investment Manager EAAA TransInfra Managers Limited, has resigned to pursue new career opportunities outside the organization. His earlier notice dated June 26, 2026 was accepted and he was relieved from duties with effect from close of business hours on July 20, 2026. Padmanabhan Parthasarathy has signed the intimation in his capacity.
