Compucom Software Limited has informed exchanges about the completion of the 2nd tenure of Mr. Satya Narayan Vijayvergiya as an Independent Director on the Board. His directorship will cease from the close of business hours on 14th June 2026, upon completion of the maximum permissible tenure under the Companies Act, 2013. He will also step down from all Board committees he serves on. The Board noted this in its meeting held on 28th May 2026.
