Compucom Software to transfer unclaimed shares and dividends to IEPF

Compucom Software has published newspaper ads in Financial Express (English) and Nafa Nuksan (Hindi) on 6 July 2026 about transferring equity shares of shareholders who have not claimed dividends for 7 consecutive years (since FY2018-19) to the IEPF Authority. The transfer is scheduled for 6 November 2026. Shareholders can still claim unclaimed dividends by contacting the company or its Registrar, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited. After transfer, a separate application to IEPF Authority using Form IEPF-5 will be required to reclaim shares.
