Newspaper notice on IEPF transfer of unclaimed shares and dividends

Compucom Software has published newspaper ads in Financial Express and Nafa Nuksan on July 6, 2026, informing shareholders about the proposed transfer of unclaimed dividends and equity shares to the IEPF Authority. This applies to shareholders who have not claimed dividends for 7 consecutive years starting from FY 2018-19. The next transfer date is November 6, 2026. Shareholders can claim before this date by contacting the company or its Registrar, MCS Share Transfer Agent. After transfer, claims must be filed with the IEPF Authority using IEPF-5 form.
