CAMS's wholly owned subsidiary CAMSRep, an IRDAI-licensed Insurance Repository, launched 'Bima Central Administrator', a first-of-its-kind digital portal for insurers, brokers, and distributors to participate in e-Insurance Account (eIA) servicing. The platform was unveiled at the IIA Annual Event 2025 by Aditya Birla Health Insurance's CEO and CAMSRep's CEO. It offers a unified dashboard for service transaction management, real-time data reconciliation, customer analytics, advisor access, and automated billing. Bima Central already serves around 1 crore eIA holders with 1.3 crore digital policies, and CAMSRep manages over 10 million e-Insurance Accounts and 13 million e-Policies in partnership with 50+ insurers. The new tool enables brokers and distributors to manage sourced policies across 50+ insurers from a single interface, and gives lenders streamlined management of assigned policies.
This product expansion strengthens CAMSRep's position in the digital insurance servicing market and opens new revenue opportunities by onboarding more insurers, brokers, and lenders onto the platform.
