CAMS reported its highest ever Q4 FY'26 revenue of ₹3,952 Cr, up 11% Y-o-Y, driven by strong 24.5% growth in non-MF businesses. EBITDA reached an all-time high of ₹183.66 Cr with margin at 46.5%, up from 44.9% in Q4 FY'25. PAT for Q4 stood at ₹126.43 Cr (31% margin). For full year FY'26, revenue was ₹15,162 Cr (up 6.6%) with EBITDA margin at 45.2% and PAT at ₹476 Cr. The company retained its dominant ~68% market share in MF RTA with AuM at ₹55.1 Lakh Cr. Equity AuM hit an all-time high of ₹30.5 Lakh Cr with record 76.3% share in equity net sales. New SIP registrations grew 46% Y-o-Y to 1.26 Cr in Q4. Non-MF revenue contribution increased to 15.3% of enterprise revenue, with CAMS Alternatives (25.4% growth), CAMSPay (22.8%), and CAMS KRA (28%) all posting strong growth. Platform re-architecture is delivering efficiency gains on near-flat headcount.
CAMS continues to demonstrate operational efficiency with improving margins and successful diversification beyond core MF business. Strong growth in non-MF segments and record equity inflows position the company well for sustained outperformance. The final dividend of Rs. 4 per share provides shareholder returns.
