Resignation and Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the company

Mrs. Malvika Jagani has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Comrade Appliances Limited, effective from the close of business hours on October 3, 2025, citing personal reasons. She also ceased to be a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. In her place, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mrs. Anshita Malani as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 4, 2025. Mrs. Anshita Malani is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with experience in secretarial and compliance functions. The transition is immediate and no other material reasons for the resignation were disclosed.
