Concord Control Systems Ltd filed revised consolidated financial results for FY 2025-26 (year ended March 31, 2026) after accidentally uploading a wrong file initially. Revenue grew 69% to Rs 21,047.45 Lacs from Rs 12,446.10 Lacs, while PAT jumped 90% to Rs 4,310.60 Lacs from Rs 2,265.49 Lacs. The company completed a merger of Advanced Rail Controls Private Limited (appointed April 1, 2025), acquired 80% stake in Fusion Electronics Private Limited as subsidiary, and increased stake in Progota India from 26% to 46.5%. Share capital expanded via bonus shares (3:5 ratio) and preferential allotments. However, operating cash flow remained deeply negative at Rs 5,535.46 Lacs outflow due to large increases in trade receivables and inventories. The auditor issued an unqualified opinion with no going concern or emphasis of matter notes.
Strong revenue and profit growth demonstrates operational momentum, but the substantial negative operating cash flow and rapid debt buildup warrant investor caution. The restatement was procedural with no financial substance change.
