Concord Drugs Limited has submitted to BSE copies of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, published in Financial Express (English) and Prajashakti (Telugu) on 17 February 2026, in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulation 47. The results were approved by the Board on 14 February 2026. On a standalone basis, quarterly revenue rose sharply to Rs. 1,535.13 lakhs (from Rs. 1,007.52 lakhs in Q3 FY25) and the company swung to a net profit of Rs. 21.52 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 19.39 lakhs a year ago. However, nine-month standalone revenue dipped to Rs. 2,897.77 lakhs from Rs. 3,694.65 lakhs. Consolidated performance was weaker, with nine-month revenue of Rs. 4,087.24 lakhs (vs Rs. 4,525.91 lakhs) and a profit of Rs. 20.73 lakhs (vs Rs. 33.62 lakhs).
The Q3 turnaround in standalone results is mildly positive, but the nine-month decline in both standalone and consolidated revenue and profit suggests ongoing pressure on the business. No material price catalyst is expected from this routine newspaper publication filing itself.
