Concord Enviro Systems Limited ('the Company') has informed the Exchange that Rochem Separation Systems (India) Private Limited ( RSSPL ), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. 7th August 2025, has agreed to acquire 100% of the equity share capital of Pathak Utility Private Limited.
