Confidence Futuristic Energetech has issued a corrigendum to its audited consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025, citing typographical and inadvertent errors in the original filing. On the balance sheet, total assets have been revised upward from Rs. 32,336.36 lakh to Rs. 36,329.60 lakh, and other equity has been corrected from Rs. 12,203.98 lakh to Rs. 15,044.55 lakh. Non-current borrowings have been increased from Rs. 5,849.84 lakh to Rs. 9,842.78 lakh, while non-controlling interest has been reduced from Rs. 6,556.78 lakh to Rs. 3,716.21 lakh. Cash flow figures have also been restated, with net cash used in investing activities now shown as Rs. (2,649.70) lakh (vs Rs. 1,343.24 lakh earlier) and net cash from financing at Rs. 9,283.44 lakh. The company has clarified there is no change in any P&L figures; consolidated operating cash flow remains deeply negative at Rs. (6,346.93) lakh. The notes also reference an EGM-approved sale of shares in associate Maruti Koatsu Cylinders and a planned preferential issue of 36.41 lakh shares at Rs. 83.16 each.
The corrections do not affect reported profits but reveal a higher debt load and meaningfully weaker investing cash flows than originally filed. Shareholders should note the increased borrowings and persistently negative operating cash flow, which signals ongoing cash burn despite ~42% YoY revenue growth. The corrigendum may dent short-term confidence in disclosure quality, though no P&L restatement was needed.
