Confidence Petroleum India has informed stock exchanges that the trading window for dealing in its equity shares will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The window will remain shut until 48 hours after the company declares its Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This closure is in line with SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The date of the Board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated later. The intimation was signed by Managing Director Nitin Khara.
This is a routine compliance measure and does not restrict trading by retail investors. It does, however, signal that the company's Q2 and H1 FY26 results are due soon, which may be a point of interest for shareholders tracking the stock.
