Confirms Non-Applicability of Large Corporate Framework

Satiate Agri has informed BSE that it does not qualify as a 'Large Corporate' under SEBI's framework (Operational Circular dated Aug 10, 2021) for FY ended March 31, 2026. As a result, the mandatory Initial Disclosure (Annexure A/XII A) and Annual Disclosure (Annexure B2/XII B2) related to debt fundraising by large corporates are not applicable to the company. This is a routine annual compliance filing.
