C & C Constructions informed BSE and NSE that it does not qualify as a 'Large Corporate' under SEBI's October 2023 circular. While its equity shares are listed on both exchanges, the company does not meet the ₹1,000 crore long-term borrowing threshold and does not have an 'AA' or higher credit rating. Therefore, the mandatory Initial Disclosure for FY 2026-27 is not applicable to the company.
