CONCOR reported FY 2025-26 standalone revenue of Rs 9,059 crore, up 2.2% from Rs 8,863 crore in the previous year. However, standalone profit after tax declined to Rs 1,222 crore from Rs 1,272 crore, with basic EPS falling to Rs 16.04 from Rs 16.70. The Board declared a final dividend of Rs 1 per share (20%), adding to three interim dividends already paid during the year totaling Rs 7.60 per share, bringing total dividend for the year to Rs 8.60 per share. The final dividend of Rs 76.16 crore is subject to shareholder approval at the 38th AGM, with the record date to be announced separately. The audit opinion remained unmodified, and the company also extended internal auditor appointments for FY 2026-27.
The slight decline in profitability despite revenue growth may concern investors, though the consistent dividend payments signal management confidence. The total dividend of Rs 8.60 per share represents a solid payout supported by healthy cash flows.
