Shri Harbrinder Singh Bajwa, an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer of the 1996 batch, has taken additional charge as Director (Domestic Division) of CONCOR with effect from March 1, 2026. He is currently serving as Executive Director (Freight Marketing) at the Ministry of Railways and will continue in that role while holding this additional charge, until further orders. The appointment was directed by the Ministry of Railways and is pending approval of the Competent Authority. Bajwa holds no shares in CONCOR and has not been debarred from holding directorship by SEBI or any other authority. He brings around 30 years of experience in operational, commercial, managerial and policy-making roles across Indian Railways and central ministries.
