Continental Chemicals Ltd has appointed Mrs. Parul Suraiya (DIN: 08490663) as an Additional Director designated as Independent Director on its board, effective August 6, 2025. Her appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting, after which she would serve a 5-year term. She has a background in Hotel Management and Guest Service Management and is not related to any existing director. Following her appointment, Mrs. Suraiya has been made Chairperson of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, replacing Mr. Raghav Nathani in all three roles.
