Continental Controls board approved a rights issue of up to Rs 50 Crores to existing shareholders. Q1 FY27 standalone unaudited results were approved. The company will acquire commercial rights to two software apps from Onelife Capital Advisors for about Rs 54 lakh plus a 0.50 percent revenue royalty. Leadership changes include new Company Secretary Ms. Anushree Tekriwal replacing Ms. Jyoti Darade, and two new Independent Directors Dr. Ranu Jain and Mr. Santosh Bhattacharjee. Independent Director Ms. Khusbu Agrawal resigned. A related-party lease with Dealmoney Commodities was also approved.
