Coral Laboratories' Board, at its April 23, 2026 meeting, approved the appointment of Mr. Diwakar Unnikrishna Menon as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective April 30, 2026. Mr. Menon is a qualified Company Secretary with degrees in Commerce, Law, and a Master's in Labour Studies, and brings over 33 years of experience in compliance, legal, and industrial safety. He has previously worked with the Godrej and L&T groups. He is not related to any director, KMP, or promoter, and is not debarred by SEBI.
