The company has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in its securities will be closed from 1 July 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of quarterly financial results for the period ending 30 June 2026. This is a mandatory compliance measure under SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. During this period, insiders, directors and employees cannot trade in company shares. The board meeting date to approve Q1 results will be announced separately.
Insiders cannot trade in shares until 48 hours after Q1 FY27 results are declared. Standard SEBI compliance, no action required from retail investors.
