Items 1-3 approve material related party transactions with Silver Sands Beach Resort, Accord Distilleries and Breweries, and Bharath Institute of Higher Education - promoter votes (4,630,952 shares) excluded as interested parties. Public voted 51,282 in favour versus 76 against (99.85%). Item 4 approves RPT with Mrs. Kalaiarasi, a director's relative, passed at 99.999%.
