All 6 resolutions passed: adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY26 (99.99% and 99.57% in favor), final dividend declaration (99.99% in favor), re-appointment of Mr. Arunachalam Vellayan as Whole-time Director (99.12% in favor), re-appointment of statutory auditors for 5 years (99.99% in favor), and ratification of cost auditors' remuneration for FY27 (99.99% in favor).
