Coromandel International has completed the acquisition of a 53.08% controlling stake in NACL Industries Limited on August 8, 2025, as per three share purchase agreements signed on March 12, 2025. The company acquired 10,69,07,146 equity shares from KLR Products, Krishi Rasayan Export, Agro Life Science Corporation, and other sellers. With this completion, NACL Industries has become a subsidiary of Coromandel International, and Coromandel has taken over as the new promoter of NACL Industries. The transaction was carried out in compliance with SEBI's Takeover Regulations, 2011.
