Bhayla facility received EAEU-GMP certification opening access to ~USD 25 billion Eurasian markets. Capacity expanded by 400 Mn tablets. Chronic therapies now contribute 71.9% of FY26 revenue vs 28.1% acute, reflecting a strategic portfolio shift. Return ratios are strong: ROE 29.2%, ROCE 40.8%, OCF/EBITDA 78.2%.
