Corporate Merchant Bankers Limited has published newspaper advertisements (Millenniumpost in English and Dainik Uttam Hindu in Hindi) confirming dispatch of a postal ballot notice to shareholders for approval on Special Business items. The electronic voting (remote e-voting) period opened on Saturday, 11th April 2026 at 9:00 AM and will close on Sunday, 10th May 2026 at 5:00 PM. The notice was sent to members as of the cut-off date of 3rd April 2026 via electronic mode. NSDL is providing the e-voting platform, and Jay Pandya & Associates, Company Secretaries, have been appointed as the Scrutinizer. Physical postal ballot forms are not being sent per MCA circulars.
Shareholders should cast their votes through the NSDL e-voting portal before the deadline. The outcome will be announced within two working days of the e-voting closing date and will be disclosed on the BSE and company website.
