Correction in the disclosure made on 28-10-2025 regarding reconstitution of committee of the board due to typo error.

Indus Fila has issued a correction to its October 28, 2025 disclosure regarding the reconstitution of board committees. The company had incorrectly named Mr. Harshvardhan Chandak as the Chairperson of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, when the correct Chairperson is Ms. Kanikella Hepzibah Rathna Glory, an Independent Director. Mr. Chandak is now correctly listed as a Member of the committee. The rest of the committee composition — Mr. Himmatsingh Dasharathsingh Shekhawat as a Member — remains unchanged. The error was stated to be unintentional and the company has requested the stock exchanges to update their records.
